Delta & Import 14″ Bandsaw Upper Blade Ball Bearing Side Guide Support fork.
Fits older 14″ Delta Bandsaws upper guide casting as well as newer and 14″ Jet, Grizzly , Late Powermatic, Bridgewood, Sunhill, Woodtech, ect…
Interchanges with Delta part number   LBS-131 or 426-02-014-0004
Adjustable ball bearings support the side of the blade by means of cam adjustment.
Installation on Delta may not allow use of micro adjusting nut for bearing fork.
Note:Should you find the assembly does not clear the trust bearing on your saw:
1- The trust bearing is mounted on a hex shaft that has an eccentric end. Remove the hex shaft and turn the eccentric away from the guide fork for clearance.
2-If that does not give you enough clearance then the groove on the rear of this for the miro adjusting nut may need to be on the wrong side to use it. If so you will need to remove the microadjusting nut and turn the guide fork upside down for clearance. You can then adjust adjust the fork by simply sliding it forward or rearward by hand.
-The shank extends 1-3/4″ from the block housing
-The ball bearings are mounted on eccentric that allow you to swing them away from the guides thrust ball bearing and close to your blade.
VERIFY THE FOLLOWING DIMENSIONS WILL FIT ON YOUR SAW. 5/16″ thick, 9/16″ tall 1-11/16″ long mounting shaft. This is slightly smaller than the original fork, (3/8″ X 5/8″), but the thumb screw will hold it tightly.

GUIDE ADJUSTMENT:
To
adjust the guide first move both upper and lower guides away from blade
so it does not touch them.Next track your blade so it is in the center
of the wheels.  Then move the lower side guides so that they
just touch the blade behind the teeth. Repeat with upper guide. Then
adjust the thrust bearings so that they almost touche the rear edge of
the blade with no load.
